Joey Haines | Principal Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer

Joey leads the design and development of EQuip Studios’ custom learning solutions.

He brings a creative, learner-centered approach to every project, combining instructional design strategy, technology, storytelling, and visual design to create experiences that are both engaging and practical.

Joey works closely with clients and subject-matter experts to turn complex information into clear, meaningful learning. His experience includes instructor-led training, eLearning, videos, simulations, games, digital tools, and mobile application development.

He is especially skilled at identifying fresh, creative ways to capture learners’ attention while ensuring that every design decision supports the desired business outcome.

Kelli Porcaro, PCC, EQMC| Account Executive

Kelli serves as the primary relationship and account lead for EQuip Studios.

With more than 25 years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, and leadership development, she helps clients clarify their goals, define the right learning approach, and keep projects aligned with their broader business priorities.

Kelli brings deep expertise in emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, and behavior change. She works closely with clients throughout the engagement to ensure the process is collaborative, responsive, and focused on delivering a solution that meets the organization’s needs.

Kelli is a professional certified coach and master certified in assessing and developing emotional intelligence in others.
